On Sunday the L.A. Times reported on \u201cspeculation\u201d that Microsoft offered the Sunnyvale company $80 billion for a buy-out, but Yahoo! claimed it was too low. Now the speculation is that Redmond will put up a higher offer, which has caused Yahoo!\u2019s stock to jump. Though Microsoft is starting to show signs of finally \u201cgetting\u201d the web, I think Yahoo! would fare poorly in any deal involving them.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sans prendre en compte le montant de l\u2019achat qui devrait \u00eatre faramineux, \u00e7a me para\u00eetrait possible parce qu\u2019il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 dire, ils ont tout de m\u00eame peur de Google qui marche sur leurs plates bandes. Mais d\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, ce serait tout simplement admettre que leur moteur MSN Search, dont il font une pub depuis peu pour le lancement, est un \u00e9chec. Et \u00e7a, \u00e7a ferait plut\u00f4t tache.
